Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policy
Delivery Timeline
- Orders
are processed within the same day of confirmation.
- Dispatch
details will be shared on the same day or the next working day.
- Delivery
typically takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on the location.
Return Charges
1. General Returns
- Returns
made for reasons other than product quality (e.g., style/taste
preferences) will incur a return shipping fee of ₹99 per item.
2. Quilts & Comforters
- Returns
for quilts or comforters will incur a return shipping fee of ₹159 per
item.
Note: Products that are used, worn, washed, or altered
will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Replacements, Refunds & Exchanges
- Once
the returned item is received and passes Quality Check, we will
initiate the replacement, refund, or exchange process within 24–48
hours.
- Refunds
can be provided as:
- Credit
Note (valid for 1 year), or
- Direct
transfer via bank account or UPI, as per your preference.
- Like-new
items may be exchanged for a different size/product. A restocking fee
will not apply, but return shipping charges still apply.
Product Return Instructions
- After
receiving your return or exchange request, we will arrange a reverse
pickup (subject to courier availability).
- Upon
receipt and quality approval, a refund will be processed (excluding
original shipping fees).
- This
process may take 7 to 14 days.
Important: If reverse pickup is not available in your
area, you must ship the product to us within 7 days of receipt.
No Returns or Exchanges
- Sale
Items: Products bought during promotions or discounts are non-returnable
and non-exchangeable.
- International
Orders: Returns or refunds are not available for orders outside
India.
- Return
shipping costs are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
- We
recommend using trackable shipping when returning products.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange under the following conditions:
- Exchange
requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The
item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original
packaging with tags intact.
- Include
your name, address, contact number, email, order ID, and desired
size on the return parcel.
- Only
one exchange per order is allowed.
- Size
exchanges are available for the same product value, minus shipping/COD
fees.
- You
may opt for store credit (valid for 30 days), minus to-and-fro
shipping charges.
- All
return and exchange shipping charges (including reverse pickup and
re-shipping) must be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation
- Prepaid
orders are not eligible for cancellation.
- Cash
on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of
placing the order.

- All
cancellations are subject to the final decision of AvesLifestyle.com.
Store Credit for Unavailable Exchange Sizes
- If
the requested size is not available, a credit note will be
issued via email.
- The
credit note must be used in one go within 30 days on AvesLifestyle.com.
Partial Order Exchanges
- Yes,
partial exchanges are accepted, provided the item(s) are eligible.
- Request
must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Note:
Some product categories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Sizing Issues
If the item doesn’t fit:
- Contact
our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- We’ll
try to arrange a size exchange or alteration (subject to availability).
- If
unavailable, we will offer store credit.
Why Was My Exchange/Return Rejected?
We uphold strict quality standards and may reject a return
or exchange for the following reasons:
- Dislike
of fabric, color, or design (please read product descriptions and view all
images before ordering).
- Slight
variations in color or finish due to lighting or screen resolution (10–12%
variation is normal).
- Product
has been washed or worn.
- Items
from the Sale, Saree, Accessories, Home Decor,
or Jewellery categories are not eligible for return or
exchange.
- Items
purchased using coupons, gift vouchers, or during a discount are
also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
